.SYNOPSIS...Gentle winds are expected through this morning as a 
cold front approaches from the north. The cold front will move 
through Puerto Rico tonight into Thu producing moderate to fresh
NW to N winds. Rough seas, in northerly swell, will reach the 
Atlantic waters and passages late tonight and continue into the 
upcoming weekend.
