.SYNOPSIS...Gentle winds are expected through early Wed as a 
cold front approaches from the north. The cold front will move 
through Puerto Rico Wed night into Thu producing moderate to fresh
NW winds. Rough seas, in northerly swell, will reach the Atlantic
waters and passages late Wed night and continue into the 
upcoming weekend.
