.SYNOPSIS...Gentle winds are expected today through early Wed as
a cold front approaches from the north. The cold front will move
through Puerto Rico Wed night and Thu. Behind the front, 
moderate to locally fresh NW to N winds are expected. Associated 
large N swell will reach the regional waters late Wed night and 
continue into the upcoming weekend.
