.SYNOPSIS...Gentle winds are expected this afternoon through Wed
morning, ahead of an Atlantic front sinking southward toward the
area. The front will move through Puerto Rico Wed night and Thu.
Associated large N swell will reach the regional waters late Wed
night and continue into the upcoming weekend.
