.SYNOPSIS...Gentle winds will prevail over the Atlantic through
Thu, with winds over the Caribbean increasing to moderate to 
fresh. Afterward, winds will increase to between moderate and 
fresh across the Caribbean waters Thu night through Fri night, 
and the Atlantic waters by Fri night. Long-period N swell will 
continue to impact the Atlantic waters and NE Caribbean passages 
until late this weekend.
