.SYNOPSIS...Through Thu, gentle winds will prevail over the
Atlantic, with winds over the Caribbean increasing to moderate to
fresh. Afterward, winds will increase to between moderate and 
fresh across the Caribbean waters Thu night through Fri night, 
and at the Atlantic waters by Fri night. Long-period N swell will
continue to impact the Atlantic waters and NE Caribbean passages
until late this weekend. Afterward, moderate to fresh winds will
continue for the Caribbean, while winds in the Atlantic will be
moderate. Moderate N to NE swell will continue to affect the
Atlantic and passages through this weekend.
