.SYNOPSIS...Mainly gentle to moderate winds will prevail through
Thu. Afterward, winds will increase to between moderate and 
fresh across the Caribbean waters Thu night through Fri night, 
and at the Atlantic waters by Fri night. Long-period N swell 
will continue to impact the Atlantic waters and NE Caribbean 
passages until late this weekend.
