.SYNOPSIS...Mainly gentle to moderate winds will prevail during 
the forecast period. Winds are forecast to increase to between
moderate and fresh across the Caribbean waters Wed night through
Fri night, and across the Atlantic waters by Fri night. Long- 
period N swell should impact the Atlantic waters and NE Caribbean
passages beginning tonight.
