.SYNOPSIS...A weakening surface ridge across the Atlantic waters
along 26N will produce moderate to locally fresh trade winds 
through this morning. High pressure will then reorganizes NE of 
the Bahamas through Thu night before it weakens and drifts
southwestward. Winds will then back to the NE, and freshen 
through the remainder forecast period as the ridge drifts back to
the N.
