.SYNOPSIS...A weakening surface ridge across the Atlantic waters
along 26N will produce moderate to locally fresh trade winds 
through early Wed. High pressure will then reorganizes NE of the
Bahamas Wed through Thu before weakening and drifting SW. Winds 
will then back to the NE and freshen through the remainder 
forecast period as the ridge drifts northward.
