.SYNOPSIS...A weakening surface ridge across the Atlantic waters
along 26N will maintain mainly fresh trade winds across the 
regional waters through early this morning. Winds will diminish 
to moderate to locally fresh through Wed as high pressure 
reorganizes NE of the Bahamas. Winds will then back to the NE and
freshen through the remainder forecast period as the ridge 
drifts northward.
