.SYNOPSIS...A weakening surface ridge across the Atlantic waters
S of 28N will maintain mainly fresh trade winds across the 
regional waters through Mon. Winds will diminish to moderate to 
locally fresh speeds Mon night and continue through the remainder
forecast period as the ridge drifts northward. Mixed N and NE 
swell producing seas to 9 ft across the Atlantic offshore waters
will gradually subside today through Mon.
