.SYNOPSIS...Surface ridging extending southward to the northern 
Caribbean will maintain mainly fresh trade winds across the 
regional waters through Mon. Winds will diminish to moderate to 
locally fresh speeds Mon night and continue through the remainder
forecast period. Mixed N and NE swell producing seas to 10 ft 
across the Atlantic offshore waters will gradually subside today 
through Mon.
