.SYNOPSIS...1026 mb high pressure ridging extending to the
northern Caribbean will maintain fresh to strong trade winds 
across the regional waters through early Mon. Winds will diminish
to fresh speeds Mon and to moderate to locally fresh speeds Mon 
afternoon through Wed. Mixed N and NE swell producing seas to 10 
ft across the Atlantic offshore waters will gradually subside Sun
through Mon.
