.SYNOPSIS...A strong high pressure ridge centered E of Bermuda
will maintain fresh to strong trade winds across the regional 
waters. Winds will diminish to fresh speeds Sun night and to 
moderate to locally fresh speeds Mon afternoon through Wed. 
Mixed N and NE swell producing seas to 10 ft across the Atlantic
offshore waters will gradually subside by Mon.
