.SYNOPSIS...A strong high pressure ridge centered E of Bermuda
will maintain fresh to strong trade winds across the regional 
waters. Winds will diminish to fresh speeds Sat night and to 
moderate to locally fresh speeds Mon night through Tue night.
Mixed N and NE swell is producing seas to 10 ft across the 
Atlantic offshore waters and will subside Sun.
