.SYNOPSIS...The subtropical ridge is forecast to strengthen
north of the eastern Greater Antilles, producing fresh to strong
trade winds through the forecast period. Increasing NE to E 
swell will bring seas up to 10 ft to Atlantic waters starting
tonight. Winds and seas will diminish slightly early next week.
