.SYNOPSIS...The subtropical ridge is forecast to strengthen north
of the eastern Greater Antilles, producing fresh to strong trade
winds starting late tonight. Increasing NE to E swell will bring
seas up to 10 ft to Atlantic waters starting Thu night. Winds and
seas will diminish early next week.
