.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the central Atlantic will shift
ENE through mid week. High pressure will strengthen due N of the
region Wed through Fri, producing fresh to strong trade winds late
week. Increasing NE to E swell will bring seas to 8 to 10 ft to 
area waters as early as Thu night.
