.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to occasionally strong easterly trade winds 
will prevail through the forecast period. Large swell area will
continue to affect the Atlantic waters with seas peaking near 11
ft early today. Seas will decrease Tue, but will build again to
near 11 ft by Thu as another large swell area reaches the region.
