.SYNOPSIS...Winds will increase through tonight as a cold front 
reaches Puerto Rico and the northeastern Caribbean. Fresh to 
locally strong N winds are likely behind the front. The front is
expected to weaken to a shear line over the far eastern
Caribbean Mon and Mon night. Otherwise, large long-period 
northwest to north swell will begin to impact the Atlantic 
regional waters this afternoon.
