.SYNOPSIS...Winds will diminish to light to gentle this afternoon
through tonight. Winds are expected to increase on Sun and Sun 
night as a cold front reaches Puerto Rico and the northeastern 
Caribbean. Fresh to locally strong N winds are likely behind the
front. The front is expected to weaken to a shear line over the 
far eastern Caribbean Mon and Mon night. Scattered to numerous 
showers are expected with the front. Otherwise, long-period 
northwest to north swell will begin to impact the Atlantic 
regional waters beginning Sun.
