.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trade winds over the forecast waters will 
change little through Sat night. Winds are expected to increase 
on Sun and Sun night as a cold front reaches Puerto Rico and the
northeastern Caribbean. The front is expected to weaken to a 
shear line over the far eastern Caribbean Mon and Mon night. 
Scattered showers are possible with the front. Otherwise, long- 
period northwest to north swell will begin to impact the
Atlantic regional waters beginning on Sun.
