.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle trade winds will increase to 
moderate overnight tonight and change little through Sat night. 
Winds are expected to increase on Sun and Sun night as a cold 
front reaches Puerto Rico and the northeastern Caribbean Sea.
Long-period northwest to north swell will begin to impact
the Atlantic regional waters beginning on Sun.
