.SYNOPSIS...High pressure north of the area will maintain 
moderate to fresh trades through Mon. Gentle to moderate winds
are expected for the Caribbean waters through mid week while 
light to gentle winds will dominate the Atlantic waters. Looking
ahead, building high pressure north of the area by late Thu will
support a slight increase in winds and seas across the region.
