.SYNOPSIS...Scattered showers and tstms due to the passage of a
surface trough will persist through today. Mainly fresh trade
winds are expected across the regional waters through Fri with 
NE to E swell also affecting the Atlantic waters during that 
period. Winds and seas will diminish Fri night through Sun and 
reach moderate to fresh speeds again Sun night into Mon night.
