regional Atlantic waters and passages through early next week. 
Moderate E tradewinds over the Atlantic waters and moderate to 
fresh NE to E tradewinds over the Caribbean will continue into 
the weekend. Winds will increase to moderate to fresh in the 
Atlantic on Sun.
