.SYNOPSIS...Long-period NE swell across the Atlantic waters will
impact the regional Atlantic waters and passages for the next 
several days, building slightly by the end of the weekend and 
into early next week. Moderate E tradewinds over the Atlantic 
waters and moderate to fresh NE to E tradewinds over the Caribbean
will continue into the weekend. Winds will increase to moderate 
to fresh in the Atlantic on Sun.
