.SYNOPSIS...Large long-period northeast swell across the
Atlantic waters will be reinforced by additional swell 
associated with the cold front over the central and western 
Atlantic will keep seas near 8 ft on Thu. Hazardous marine 
conditions can be expected for the Atlantic waters and in 
Atlantic passages. Gentle wind speeds are expected for the 
Atlantic waters through Thu. Winds in the Caribbean will be 
moderate tonight and moderate to fresh Thu, becoming mainly 
fresh late Fri and through Mon night.
