.SYNOPSIS...Large long-period northeast swell across the
Atlantic waters will gradually subside through late today, but a
secondary swell associated with the cold front over the central 
and western Atlantic will keep seas near 8 ft on Thu. Hazardous 
marine conditions can be expected for the Atlantic waters and in 
Atlantic passages. Gentle wind speeds are expected for the
Atlantic waters through Thu. Winds in the Caribbean will 
increase to moderate E by late today and to moderate to fresh 
Thu, becoming mainly fresh late Fri and through Sun.
