.SYNOPSIS...Large long-period northeast swell across the
Atlantic waters will gradually subside through late Wed, but a 
secondary swell associated with the cold front over the western 
Atlantic will keep seas near 8 ft on Thu. Hazardous marine 
conditions can be expected for the Atlantic waters and in 
Atlantic passages. Gentle wind speeds are expected, although 
winds in the Caribbean will increase to moderate E by late Wed.
