.SYNOPSIS...The intense low pressure system over the subtropical
Atlantic, near 29N47W, continues to produce an extensive area of 
showers and thunderstorms, mainly north of the center. The system
is forecast to accelerate tonight and Fri into the north Atlantic
and strengthen into a powerful non-tropical cyclone. Large long-
period north to northeast swell will impact the Atlantic waters 
and Caribbean Passages into early next week, peaking across the 
local area through Fri night. Gentle to moderate northerly winds
will prevail in the Atlantic and Caribbean waters, diminishing to
light to gentle breezes in the Atlantic waters early next week.
