.SYNOPSIS...A complex 980 mb low pressure located over the 
central Atlantic near 29N51W is producing a very large area of 
gale to storm force winds. The low will begin to move faster to
the NE today, then exit the region to the NE by Fri. This 
pattern will maintain moderate to fresh N winds across the local 
area through tonight before diminishing slightly. Large long- 
period north to northeast swell will impact the Atlantic waters 
and Caribbean Passages into the start of next week, peaking 
across the local area through Fri night.
