.SYNOPSIS...A complex 981 mb low pressure located over the 
central Atlantic near 29N54W is producing a very large area of 
gale to storm force winds. The low will meander off to the NE 
through Thu, then exit the region to the NE Fri. This pattern 
will maintain moderate to fresh N winds across the local area 
into Thu night before diminishing slightly. Large long-period 
north to northeast swell will impact the Atlantic waters and 
Caribbean Passages into the weekend, peaking across the local 
area early Thu into Fri night.
