.SYNOPSIS...A complex area of low pressure located over the 
central Atlantic near 26N54W 1000 mb is producing a very large 
area of strong to gale force winds this morning.The low will
meander off to the NE through Thu. This pattern will maintain 
moderate to fresh N winds across the local area into Thu before 
diminishing slightly. Large long- period north to northeast swell
will impact the Atlantic waters and Caribbean Passages 
throughout the week, peaking across the local area Thu through 
Fri. The low is expected to lift NE and away from the region by 
Fri.
