.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh N winds will prevail into Thu 
before diminishing slightly. Large N-NE swell will dominate the 
central Atlantic and regional waters into the weekend as 1001 mb
low pressure near 26N57W this morning makes a small cyclonic 
loop and deepens through Wed, then gradually shifts NE and out of
the region Thu through Fri.
