.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh N winds will prevail through Wed 
night before diminishing slightly. Large N-NE swell will 
dominate the central Atlantic and regional waters throughout the 
week as 1002 mb low pressure near 26N57W this afternoon makes a 
small cyclonic loop and deepens through Wed, then gradually 
shifts NE and out of the region Thu through Fri.
