.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between the subtropical ridge 
north of the area and lower pressure in the southwest Caribbean 
will sustain moderate winds and seas into Sun. High pressure 
building north of the area will support freshening winds and 
building seas Sun night through Wed.
