.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trade winds will persist across the area through
tonight then become gentle on Sun. Moderate northerly swell 
across the regional waters will maintain Atlantic seas up to 7 ft
through tonight. A surface trough will move westward across the 
area Sun through Mon night before dissipating along 70W. High 
pressure will build across the region Mon night through mid week 
to produce fresh trade wind flow.
