.SYNOPSIS...Expect strong winds and rough seas over the Atlantic
waters north of the Virgin and northern Leeward Islands today 
as broad low pressure north of the area. Gentle to moderate 
southerly winds will persist thereafter across the region through
mid week as the low moves farther to the northwest of the area.
