.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas
will dominate the regional waters through Fri. Looking ahead, a
broad low pressure could form in a few days over the central
Caribbean or near the Greater Antilles. Some gradual tropical or
subtropical development of this system is possible after this 
system crosses the Greater Antilles and moves into the western 
Atlantic, and there is a low chance of formation within the next
5 days. This system could cause fresh to strong winds across
portions of the area during the upcoming weekend.
