.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Fifteen near 15.7N 73.6W 
1005 mb at 5 PM EDT moving WNW at 9 kt. Maximum sustained winds 
35 kt gusts 45 kt. Fifteen is expected to become a tropical 
storm tonight and move westward away from the area. However, showers
and thunderstorms associated with the system and extending to 
the E Caribbean will likely generate locally heavy rainfall over
portions of Puerto Rico during the next couple of days. Otherwise,
gentle to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will 
dominate the regional waters through Thu.
