.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh ESE winds and active thunderstorms
are expected through the weekend as a deep layered upper trough 
along 70W prevails in the area. Gentle to moderate E trade winds 
will return to the region late this weekend. An area of low 
pressure is expected to form over the eastern Caribbean this 
weekend and move W to WNW.
