.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh ESE winds and active thunderstorms
are expected through Fri as a deep layered upper trough along 
70W interacts with a tropical wave along 68W. The trough and 
tropical wave are expected to drift W during the weekend. Gentle
to moderate E trade winds will return to the region Fri night 
through Sun night. An area of low pressure is expected to form 
over the eastern Caribbean this weekend and move W to WNW.
