.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh ESE winds and active thunderstorms 
are expected through Thu as a deep layered upper trough along 70W
interacts with a tropical wave along 66W. Scattered to numerous 
showers and thunderstorms will persist across the area through 
Fri, as the trough and tropical wave merge along 70W. Gentle to 
moderate E trade winds will return to the region Fri night 
through Sun night.
