.SYNOPSIS...Moderate winds are expected through Wed as the 
Atlantic ridge remains well N of the area. A deep layered trough
approaching from the west is interacting with a tropical wave 
along 63W. Numerous showers and thunderstorms will persist across
the area through Thu with freshening freshening SE winds across 
the eastern portion of the area. Gentle to moderate E trade winds
will return to the region Fri night through Sun night.
