.SYNOPSIS...Moderate winds are expected through Wed as the 
Atlantic ridge remains well N of the area. A deep layered trough
approaching slowly from the west has begun to interact with a 
tropical wave along 65W, and will produce numerous showers and 
thunderstorms across the area through Thu, and freshening SE 
winds across the eastern portion of the area. Gentle to moderate 
E trade winds will return to the region Fri night through Sun 
night.
