.SYNOPSIS...Light to moderate winds are expected through Wed as 
the Atlantic ridge remains well N of the area. A deep layered 
trough approaching from the west will combine over the area with
a tropical wave approaching from the east Tue night, leading to 
numerous showers and thunderstorms across the area Tue night 
through Thu, and freshening SE winds across the eastern portion 
of the area. Moderate E trade winds will return to the region
Fri night.
