generally gentle to moderate winds and seas over the regional 
Atlantic waters through Wed. Low pressure east of the Leeward and
Windward Islands will move across the Caribbean through Sat,
bringing rough seas to the Caribbean waters south of Puerto Rico
Wed through Fri.
