.SYNOPSIS...Central Atlantic high pressure will maintain
generally gentle to moderate winds with seas 6 ft or less over 
the regional Atlantic waters through Wed. A tropical wave 
currently along 54W will reach the Windward Islands and the 
eastern Caribbean Sea by midweek and the western Caribbean over 
the weekend. Slow development of this system is possible during 
the next several days while the wave moves westward accompanied 
by scattered showers and thunderstorms. Interests in the Windward
Islands should monitor the progress of this system.
